To view estimated shipping rates:
  1. Add items to your Shopping Cart
  2. Go directly to your Shopping Cart -OR- to Checkout
  3. Enter the Zip Code of the shipping address in the Estimate Shipping box
  4. Shipping/handling fees exclude taxes and are based on the weight of packed item(s) in an order and the destination for which it is being shipped to, including processing, handling and packaging, and delivery.
  5. Shipping/handling is offered to destinations within the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. territories

Please include the following in your Ship To Address:
Address Line 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and Full Name including Middle Initial if any
Address Line 2: Unit and Unit Number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, Ship, Etc.
City: Please enter APO or FPO as appropriate
State: AA, AE, AP, or FP as appropriate
Zip Code: as appropriate
Country: United States

 

  • Shipping/handling includes complimentary United States Postal Service (US Mail) Delivery Confirmation. Most in-stock items (excluding backorders or special orders) ship out within 2-3 business days (business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
  • Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any.

Returned Packages

To ensure prompt delivery of our products, we kindly ask that you agree to the following when purchasing:
    • We ship only by US Mail.
    • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and in proper US Mail format during the Checkout/Payment process.
    • Please provide a shipping address that is deliverable by US Mail. Include PO Box address as necessary.
    • We regret that any packages returned back to us as undeliverable, insufficient, unable to forward, no such address, refused, or rejected due to failure to provide us with correct/deliverable shipping address or failure to sign for/pick up a shipment if applicable, will be subject to the following:

Your purchase will be canceled and a refund for your payment minus the original listed shipping/handling fee will be given back to you. For certain items (please see specific item details, if applicable), a processing/restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price of the item(s) may apply. You may choose to purchase your items again as a new transaction if you desire. Please make certain to provide a shipping address deliverable by US Mail. Thank you.

Returns

You can always enjoy a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us regarding any problems within 7 days after the item is delivered to you. We will do our best to help resolve the problem. The item must then be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We regret that the original listed shipping/handling charge and return shipping/handling fee cannot be refunded or reimbursed.

    • Please print out and include a copy of your invoice with your return order. Please also include a brief note on the invoice if you have any comments or additional information you would like to provide us with.
